
ENIGIN’S Technical Summit starts on January 26 featuring global experts in the field of energy management.
The purpose of this summit is to provide an in-depth analysis of the technical side of the Energy Saving Business. Amongst other practical lessons, delegates will learn how to:-
- Install (Electrical) & Configure (IT) Enigin’s Eniscope in multiple environments
- Conduct a successful energy walk-round and audit
- Use Eniscope to identify and plug energy leaks
- Predict and verify energy savings in conjunction with the Enigin guarantee
- Identify suitable applications for Load Side Products
- Install & Commission each current product in the Enigin portfolio
For five days delegates will be immersed in leading edge knowledge, strategies and tools covering all the essential elements for managing the technical side of an Energy Saving Business.
The speakers, who all work with Enigin, have many years experience with energy saving, motor controls, automation equipment, monitoring and controls, power monitoring, power quality and best practices.
Several of the speakers are Energy Consultants and are travelling from around the world to the summit; from Europe, North America and Australia plus all of them have and still produce exceptional results for many satisfied clients.
Two of the speakers, with over 20 years experience in soft starting and energy optimising, were involved in the design and production of the first fully digital three phase soft starter with automatic energy optimising.
Another lecturer has had a varied and dynamic career which was initiated by his challenging role as an Electronic Weapons Technician. This experience surprisingly progressed to the development of cutting-edge energy saving solutions for lighting and air-conditioning.
Enigin’s own Tim Ashmore (HND) will be handling parts of the programme, Tim works with Enigin as an Energy Consultant providing extensive technical and strategic energy advice.
Tim’s expertise and ability in the Energy field has gone from strength to strength since starting out as an engineer on the world famous QE2.
His vast career has taken him from the prestigious position of Area Energy Manager with a Government Health Authority, where he was awarded National Energy Manager of the Year, to other equally challenging roles in international energy companies such as EDF.
Tim’s catalogue of qualifications include an HND in Mechanical Engineering which led to the demanding responsibility of working within an elite team to develop a new energy management strategy for Bristol, England’s sixth biggest city.
His many satisfied clients range from well-known international environmental consultancies to international facility management companies.
It promises to be an intense but satisfying week for all the technical personnel of the various Enigin Partner’s from all around the globe who are attending the course.
