Hi David - I can assure you that all your questions will be answered during Enigin's commercial training. The Enigin team and Directors will be accessible at times during the week to have a chat about any other questions you may have, as well as presenting the training.

I noticed that there is a bitter attack by detractors on a blog.I personally feel that most people would like to invest, then sit back and have the investment do the innovation and growth for them.I believe that if one has a product that works,then their input should be towards new market oppotunities,building a competitive advantage,analysing and anticipating change,being dynamic and getting even more information.I expect that being happy is a choice one makes,and to be a happy partner,takes more than a choice.However,I hope that technical support should be forthcoming for products whose features are complex and whose use requires technical expertise.I presume that the training on offer suffices in this regard, and if not,then Sir, how about recommendation for vocational certification with networking and ICT trainers? I am going to invest on your products because they are credible enough as I can perceive, however, its important that modes of addressing any matters arising be pre-stated and acertained during the period of training and continually and constantly during partnership.I look fowards to a good working relationship with your company
